- The vehicles had to be reliable
- The cars had to be capable of standard arena stunt routine
- All 3 vehicles had to be completed within a deadline of 4 weeks

UV Design & Engineering conceived a quick and cost effective method for converting the cars.
- The outer body shell was removed, rotated 180 degrees and then replaced
- All of the doors, windows and panels were replaced
- All standard running gear retained
- All front interior components refitted
